Attendance & Punctuality

✅Ensure your ward is regular and punctual to school

✅Avoid unnecessary leave during school hours and examination days

✅Inform the school in writing for any absence, preferably with valid proof (medical certificate in case of illness)

Uniform & Grooming Standards

✅Send your child in neat, clean, and prescribed school uniform

✅Proper grooming, tidy hair, and polished shoes reflect discipline

✅Encourage children to take pride in wearing their school uniform

Communication with School

✅Check school notices, circulars, and diary notes daily

✅Keep updated with important announcements regarding exams, events, and holidays

✅Maintain polite and respectful communication with teachers and staff for healthy cooperation

Supporting Discipline & Behavior

✅Teach children the values of honesty, respect, and responsibility

✅Do not encourage the use of mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any distraction that affects studies

✅Guide children to maintain discipline in school and good manners at home

Health & Safety First

✅Inform the school about any health condition, allergy, or medical requirement of your child

✅Send healthy and balanced food in the lunch box. Junk food is discouraged

✅Ensure safe and timely pick-up and drop facilities for your child

Encouraging Co-Curricular Development

✅Motivate children to participate in sports, cultural activities, debates, competitions, and arts

✅Encourage hobbies like reading, painting, music, or yoga that enhance creativity
