Students Guidelines

At Shriji Baba Saraswati Balika Vidya Mandir, students are the heart of our institution. To create a disciplined, safe, and inspiring environment, we expect every student to follow certain rules and values. These Students Guidelines are framed to help children develop responsibility, respect, and leadership qualities while excelling in academics and co-curricular activities.

Discipline & Behavior

✅Students must maintain discipline and decorum in classrooms, corridors, playgrounds, and all school premises

✅Respect for teachers, staff, peers, and school property is compulsory

✅Politeness, honesty, and good manners must be practiced every day

✅Bullying, misbehavior, or use of abusive language will not be tolerated

Attendance & Punctuality

✅Students must be regular and punctual to school

✅Participation in the morning assembly is compulsory

✅A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in examinations

✅Absence from school must be supported with a written application from parents/guardians

Uniform & Personal Grooming

✅Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride

✅Proper hygiene and cleanliness should be maintained at all times

✅Identity cards must be worn daily

Academic Responsibilities

✅Students should complete classwork, homework, and assignments on time

✅Active participation in class discussions, projects, and group activities is encouraged

✅Books and notebooks must be kept neat and well-maintained

✅Unfair means during exams will result in strict disciplinary action

Use of Technology & Gadgets

✅Carrying mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited unless approved by school authorities

✅Any violation of this rule will result in confiscation of the device

Library & Laboratory Etiquette

✅Students must follow library rules and return borrowed books on time

✅Silence should be maintained in the library

✅Safety instructions must be strictly followed in science and computer laboratories

Co-Curricular & Extracurricular Activities

✅Students should actively participate in sports, cultural events, debates, quizzes, and art activities

✅Every student must explore at least one hobby or creative interest encouraged by the school

Health & Safety

✅Students must take care of their health and follow all safety instructions

✅Reporting any injury, illness, or unsafe activity to teachers is mandatory

✅Junk food is discouraged students should carry healthy food in their tiffin
